Have you won the 1000M running race and won the one million dollar price for the race, offered by the company which has conducted this race competition. Finally you won but what are the reasons for your success. He is the one who lets you know the pace at which you have to make progress through his coaching. He would first set the goal for 100M race, then for 400M race and then for 1000M race. He will not take you directly to 1000M race where you will get defeated with lack of experience.
Every race you have participated so far is with the spirit of your mentor. Getting a good mentor is like a good blessing that you get by default to win in the career. When you start to work with him you might not know his importance but when you start winning race after race with his guidance is where you gain confidence in self and in your mentor.
So after a long time you have got huge amount of one million dollars. So instead of enjoying them alone what great gift can you offer to your mentor apart from giving the share in the money?
